Speedy banyak bohong nya tuh boss, saya tiap bulan bayar juga sudah diatas 2 ratus ribu tapi ga pernah tuh real unlimited base, sudah langganan speedy mungkin lebih dari 2 tahun kali….
Ada juga semi unlimited boss, 3GB setelah lebih speed down yang dari awalnya 384kbps menjadi 64kbps, ini kenyataannya boss….
Bahkan sempat ribut dengan orang telkom, gara-gara migrasi ke paket semi unlimited dari quota 1GB, tagihan melonjak jadi 687rb boss….. singkat cerita setelah ribut akhirnya bayar 213rb boss.
So, bahwa harga 199rb itu base unlimited di Jakarta, BOHONG habis boss.

hanya sharing aja…..Speedy dari dulu banyak bohongnya…Setiap ada promo selalu pelanggan baru tuh yang utama, pelanggan lama di cuekin kalau perlu tetap bayar mahal untuk pelanggan lama, so kesimpulannya hanya cari pelanggan banyak2 saja….
hihihihi, ini benar loh……so, tahu sendiri deh setelah langganan setahunan gitu…(melampiaskan kekecewaan pakai Speedy).
Sayangnya disini ga ada line buat first media kalau ada mah udah minggat dari speedy boss…
Pak, itu 199rb / bulan unlimited berlaku hanya 3 bulan aja? *saya baca di brosur yang diposting paling atas*
Kalo memang hanya 3 bulan, kok beda ya dengan keterangan yang saya terima via telpon dari CS Telkom. Katanya pendaftaran speedy per bulan Juni 2009 bisa dapat unlimited 195rb / bulan (+PPN 10%) speed up to 384 kbps dan tidak ada batasan sampe berapa bulan.

Aku pakai speedy paket unlimitted family, awalnya kecepatan 700-an kbps, sekarang sudah diturunkan menjadi 300-an kpbs. Saya merasa puas berlangganan telkom speedy. Sebelumnya yang pernah saya coba indosat gprs, indosat m2 truff, matrix 3g broadband, telkomsel flash.
Yah emang speedy nggak bisa menjamin akan seperti itu .., soalnya dirumah selalu ngacir tapi depan rumah ngos-ngosan ngejar koneksi .
kl aku bandingkan emang yg punyaku S/N nya selalu sekitaran 30dB kl tetangga depan rumah nyari 20 dB aja ngos-ngosan …

kenyataannya speddy yang 199 rebu itu LELET, saya ulang LELET, maaf ya LELET banget. Pasalnya pas saya download suatu file dengan speedy diatas kecepatan downloadnya hanya 0kb/s ampe 100kb/s itu aja udah puollllll!!!ampe ngos2an tu koneksi intenet gwa… rata2 hanya dibawah 40kb/s,,,
jauh dibawah standar deh…
beda kalau dengan personal download bisa nyampe kecepatan F1 yaitu 200kb/s-an dan kecepatan rata2nya sampai 100kb/s…
NB:maaf buat yang tersinggung, saya hanya mengutarakan suara hati saya. hehe ;lol;

Trik anda utk menarik pelanggan sgt tidak etis. Pertengahan Juli sy rada curiga ini hanya akal2an anda. Sy tlp 147 utk konfirmasi, dan dgn jelas mereka katakan ptk blm masuk target operasi paket family (195/bln). Udah jelas kan promo itu hanya menipu pelanggan. Kita tanya kapan masuknya? alasannya: sebetulnya Juli udah mau masuk, eh ada halangan jaringan, tunda agustus, eh halangan lg. Jadi kapan, dijawab mgk bulan depan. Pasti gak? Gak pasti. solusinya? alihkan aja ke timebased, ato quota, atau blok sementara (byr 45rb/bln), dst…. Mulutmu enak aja ngomong,… Kalian yg (sengaja) salah promo, pelanggan yg harus terima getahnya. Sekarang g udah putuskan kontrak, tp koneksi tetap ada. Jgn coba anda mau tagih bulan depan, anda cari perkara!! tetap adanya koneksi adalah salah kalian sendiri, udah putus, masih dikasih. Kalo tetap tagih,…speedy memang penipu besar deh.
iya ni speedy unlimited nya kacau ternyata cuma 3 bulan dan tidak jelas pindah kemana setelah 3 bulan , salesnya ga ngasi info secara lengkap, taunya migrasi ke paket laen juga mesti bayar, 82ribu, mw diputus katanya juga gak boleh, tunggu 6 bulan , padahal paket familynya ga tau tuh kapan keluarnya, atau jangan2 cuma akal2an nya speedy aja,

bro, saya mau komentar sedikit mengenai review speed speedy anda.
pada screenshot terakhir anda, ada download queue di download manager anda, wajar kalo saya katakan anda dapat speed 40an kbps untuk masing2 file tsb, karena download anda itu berasal dari source unlimited direct link yang sebagaimana diberikan di website freeware, tapi bagaimana jika anda mendownload/membuka dari website2 luar seperti :
- youtube, rapidshare, megaupload, netload, easyshare, hotfile atau sejenis website penyedia online storage, sepertinya memposting hasilnya disini akan memberi gambaran yang lebih realistis.
oh yah, untuk sobat hendri_nie
saya sudah mengecek di 147 maupun di plasa telkom, memang banyak keluhan konsumen yang sama seperti anda layangkan, tetapi tidak perlu anda hiraukan jika online billing anda belum terupdate, karena pada bulan sesudah paket speedy anda tercatat pada formulir pergantian paket, dan jika pembayaran dan koneksi anda masih sama seperti paket anda sebelumnya, silakan anda bawa bukti perubahan paket anda ke plasa telkom, disana anda bisa mengclaim pembayaran speedy anda sama dan sesuai seperti yang tertera di formulir pergantian paket anda.

speedy, I was using speedy since i believed in that, but only first 3 months, the connection run well, after that I check run cmd and put the ping and so on, the result is really surprising, to many REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, REQUEST TIME OUT, now i DO NOT use it anymore, I strongly suggest that giving the best service to get appreciation from the customers, this is not complain, it’s just suggestion
